Childcare Allowance Reconciliation

Student Bursaries are currently reviewing the awards of all students paid the Childcare Allowance in the period 1 September 2007 to 31 December 2007. If you have been paid the allowance you should have received a letter requesting confirmation of your status in relation to Working Tax Credit and informing you that your childcare provider will be contacted to provide details of charges made.

Upon completion of the reconciliation you will be informed by letter of your entitlement for the remainder of the academic year. However, should you have any queries about this issue then please call our student helpline on 0845 358 6655.
